Finally…..my foot I injured on St. Paddy’s Day (Plantar Fascia Sprain) is feeling good enough to get out into the piney woods for a good-time ride on my Kris Holm 24″ MUni.
Riding on trails is truly a lug buster and excellent training for what I do. Strengthens those legs for backpacking for sure.
Finally conquered a grind up-hill that has eluded me for sometime. Loose gravel and steeper than it looks on video. Been doing a lot of leg exercising to build up my pegs. As my football coach used to say” The Legs Are The First To Go”. Especially when you are a 54 year old feller.
